Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Software Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and driving daily engineering operations and activities across Enterprise engineering teams
  • Helping organize and drive regular engineering planning exercises
  • Advocating and driving the Agile/SCRUM and validated learning processes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BS in computer science or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience with enterprise software development
  • Strong practical experience with both Agile and SCRUM
  • Track record of successful rollouts for large enterprise software or platform product suites
  • Ability to drive the engineering teams to be accountable for on-time delivery
  • Strong understanding of validated learning concepts
