A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Engineering Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and grow your team of 8 - 12 engineers to facilitate in their professional development
- Hire, onboard, and retain talented software engineers and college interns.
Position Requirements Include:
- Previous experience where you had direct people / career management responsibility
- Previous experience partnering with product on roadmap development and execution on multiple tracks
- Customer-first mindset, external and internal
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
