Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Software Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a team of Software developers and System Engineers with Business Consultant support
  • Proactively driving the vision for Connector and Data Analytics and defining and executing on a plan to achieve that vision
  • Providing strategic and operational oversight for Enterprise software development

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Advanced Technical Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience managing engineering teams including hiring/termination and performance management
  • Experience with object orientated programming languages such as Java
  • Technical support to Business teams during GTM activities and software launch including partnering and technical client consulting
  • Experience architecting and developing micro services which process unstructured data such as e-mail, chat, and rich media
