Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Engineering Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with technical resources to ensure the best solutions are being developed
- Leading and developing team to ensure their technical skills remain relevant
- Coordinating product releases with the business, development and application teams
Position Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience with leading and mentoring teams
- Experience in managing end-to-end delivery and collaborating with multiple business stakeholders
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and supporting vendor products
- Experience with contributing to or leading initiatives that drive NPS improvement
