Job Summary

An employee benefits company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Enrollment Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Provide excellent service to internal/external customers concerning their enrollment needs
  • Follow-up with the carrier to obtain status updates
  • Process all group enrollment forms, change forms and ancillary requests

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work any shift between the hours of 8am-8pm EST Monday-Friday with occasional overtime
  • Ability to identify customer needs and identify appropriate issue resolution
