Job Summary
A data communication company is in need of a Telecommute Software Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Explaining how our solutions can make an impact for our customers' operations within their organization
- Driving calls to action and executing playbooks
- Engaging with customers post-sale to drive user adoption and satisfaction, ensuring high Customer retention
Required Skills:
- Travel 25 to 50%
- Demonstrated technical aptitude
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or comparable role
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to efficiently use standard business tools, social media and communication tools and BI and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional teams and resources effectively
