Job Summary

A data communication company is in need of a Telecommute Software Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Explaining how our solutions can make an impact for our customers' operations within their organization
  • Driving calls to action and executing playbooks
  • Engaging with customers post-sale to drive user adoption and satisfaction, ensuring high Customer retention

Required Skills:

  • Travel 25 to 50%
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or comparable role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to efficiently use standard business tools, social media and communication tools and BI and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional teams and resources effectively
