A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Software Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary post sales point of contact
  • Ensuring successful onboarding of new customers
  • Translating internal product documentation into customer-facing content

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years experience in B2B account management, customer success or Consulting
  • Strong commitment to ensuring customer business objectives are achieved
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs
  • Proven track record of working in a customer-facing environment
