Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Software Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary post sales point of contact
  • Ensuring successful onboarding of new customers
  • Translating internal product documentation into customer-facing content

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
