Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Implementation Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Project manage the multiple new customer implementations
• Create a project plan that maps the implementation process
• Document and facilitate change management needs across all teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to travel 30-40% of the time for onsite consultations
• International travel may be required quarterly
• 5+ years combined experience in a project manager or consultant role
• 4+ years experience as a system administrator or digital librarian for a digital asset management platform
• Advanced knowledge in the areas of user search behavior, metadata and taxonomy
• Excellent listening skills to discern the best course of action for customers
