A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Implementation Customer Success Manager in Detroit.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Occasionally test app features and bugs
- Aid with product documentation
- Work with Sales on transitioning and onboarding customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years Salesforce admin experience as a consultant working across multiple orgs
- Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder
- Excellent English written and oral communication
- Detailed and organized
