Job Summary

A company providing lease purchasing technology is in need of a Telecommute Software Incident Response Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Work critical incidents to ensure that normal service operations are restored
  • Document critical incidents in our ticketing system
  • Produce business impact analysis reports following resolution of critical incidents

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Incident Management and/or Problem Management processes
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Change Management/ Release Management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical business clients
