Job Summary
A company providing lease purchasing technology is in need of a Telecommute Software Incident Response Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Work critical incidents to ensure that normal service operations are restored
- Document critical incidents in our ticketing system
- Produce business impact analysis reports following resolution of critical incidents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Incident Management and/or Problem Management processes
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Change Management/ Release Management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical business clients
