Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Industry Customer Success Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues via screen share
  • Directly supporting customers via chat and phone
  • Maintaining and improving our excellent First Response and Customer Satisfaction Scores

Position Requirements Include:

  • Familiar with Intercom or other similar support chat platforms
  • 1+ years of experience supporting B2B software or similar customer success experience
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting and support abilities
