Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Industry Customer Success Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting technical issues via screen share
- Directly supporting customers via chat and phone
- Maintaining and improving our excellent First Response and Customer Satisfaction Scores
Position Requirements Include:
- Familiar with Intercom or other similar support chat platforms
- 1+ years of experience supporting B2B software or similar customer success experience
- Demonstrable troubleshooting and support abilities
