Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Industry Sales Account Manager in the Mid Atlantic Region.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Consults with customers onsite to understand their technical problems and challenges
  • Presents and sells RTI software and engineering services to current and potential customers
  • Meets sales goals by closing business persistently

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel within the territory is required
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • BS or higher in engineering or computer science
  • At least 5 years selling high-end software solutions to engineers
  • Experience developing new leads, lead follow-up, qualification and targeted account selling in person and by phone
