Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Telecommute Software Learning Experience Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design experiences that present use cases and best practices that drive product adoption
- Write scripts that present key concepts and ideas
- Conduct needs and gap analyses
Qualifications for this position include:
- Solid instructional design experience
- Ability to convey technical information in a creative, story-telling format
- Experience with company products or experience developing training or administering other talent management systems
- Proficiency in Camtasia or similar video tools
- Proficiency in Adobe CS suite of applications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional or media design, or related field or equivalent work experience
