Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Product Design Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Direct all product design work, including leading our design methods, culture, and success measures
- Grow and nurture the design team of four product designers with room to hire and grow a team
- Create a healthy and inspiring feedback culture that extends throughout our product teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Partner with folks from other parts of the company, especially Product Management, and Engineering.
- Experienced designer and are familiar with the challenges of design organizations
- Are an inspiring leader and can facilitate large groups of people through the design process
- Experience running designer hiring processes from start to finish
