Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Telecommute Software Product Escalation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring escalated items are clearly defined, accurately assessed for impact/risk
- Negotiating and agreeing on timelines, priorities, and impact within existing framework
- Clarifying and assessing practicality of enhancement ideas
Position Requirements Include:
- Intermediate to senior combined EHR and software experience
- Understanding of long-term / post-acute operations, policies, and procedures
- Multiple years of practice dealing directly with customer escalations and issues
- Experience successfully leading large cross-functional teams
- A high level of professional urgency to drive topics to completion
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship management
