Job Summary
A custom manufacturer is in need of a Telecommute Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing test plans and acceptance criteria for new and existing user stories
- Codifying test steps in the form of executable scripts, especially rspec/capybara
- Assessing risks and mitigation strategies when deploying new code
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Team building events
- Experience leading QA efforts for a team
- 2+ years of experience in a small-team environment
- Experience codifying automated tests, especially browser-driven tests
- Understanding of SDLC best practices
