Job Summary
An information technology solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Software Quality Assurance Tester in Rockville.
Must be able to:
- Creates automated tests to determine overall software quality
- Perform regression and manual testing to verify software modifications
- Produce clear, concise use cases, and test summary reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors and 2+ years of experience, or may consider additional experience
- Experience with finding software flaws, weaknesses and bugs
- Ability to utilize Visual Studio, trace production code to isolate bugs, and discuss solutions
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis at a technical level to help squash bugs
- Ability to demonstrate functionality during Sprint Demos and gather feedback
- Ability to use JIRA and other Atlassian Tools such as Confluence and Zephyr
