A software company is seeking a Telecommute Software Regional Sales Director in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and lead a team of of 5-7 Regional Sales Managers
- Help team manage and qualify leads and pipeline
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel for construction site tours and to attend President's Club
- At least 3-5 years of SaaS sales management experience
- Results-driven with consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
- Both transactional and enterprise sales experience
