Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommute Software Regional Sales Director in Dallas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and lead a team of of 5-7 Regional Sales Managers
  • Help team manage and qualify leads and pipeline
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel for construction site tours and to attend President's Club
  • At least 3-5 years of SaaS sales management experience
  • Results-driven with consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
  • Both transactional and enterprise sales experience
