A meeting building platform needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Sales Director in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Rolling up your sleeves in to work on sales at a tactical level
- Making and shaping the sales team
- Ensuring sound sales operational processes and CRM
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of building and leading high-performing sales teams in a product-driven, VC-backed, and early-stage SaaS startup
- A successful track record of developing and growing multiple revenue lines
- An extensive understanding of SaaS and HR-tech industry trends and key competitors
- Strong leadership experience in both hiring top talent and shaping culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as proven by presenting to senior management and investors
- Sound business judgement and proven ability to influence others
