Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Sales Enablement Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and implement enablement/development programs for sales personnel
  • Hosting and delivering sales training and roleplaying sessions
  • Maintaining sales tools and the sales tool repository

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel as required
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in the enterprise software space
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in sales training or coaching of sales reps or sales managers
  • Strong project or program management skills
  • Deep experience in supporting sales organizations
