Job Summary

A software and consulting services firm is in need of a Telecommute Software Sales Operations Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the proposal archive process
  • Supporting Salesforce data quality management
  • Ensuring all Procurement Site Management locations are updated

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field of study
  • Three plus years of experience in proposal writing/copyediting or
  • Equivalent professional writing with demonstrated understanding of AP Style Guide
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and dynamic presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent written, organizational, communication, and people skills
