Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Services Procurement Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Support strong flexible processes and procedures
• Help interpret and implement controls and measures driven by our Information Security team and other compliance aspects
• Establish next level of procurement efforts including sustainability initiatives, automation in systems and full supplier risk evaluation

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other related area
• Comfort with various systems such as NetSuite, Workday, P-Card Systems as well as ability to manage large volumes of data
• Excellent financial and quantitative data analytic skills
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
• Management experience in coaching and developing team members
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance, Legal and Information Security to deliver strong strategic procurement
