A marketing provider for physical therapists is in need of a Telecommute Software Solutions Customer Success Coach.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Recommending ways to best utilize company software
  • Onboarding owners onto the software
  • Triaging technical issues to the Product Team

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel at least 4x/year as a team (fully paid for)
  • Customer success, account management, or relevant industry experience
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing relationships
  • Ability to learn the online software
