Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Solutions Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and verifying customer reported problems, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
  • Recreating and documenting issues to prepare for escalation to engineering
  • Providing excellent customer service, including timely updates on cases through resolution

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of related experience and /or training
  • Experience and degree in computers, business or related fields are required
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication
  • Analytical troubleshooting & complex problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Datadog monitoring
