A software company that specializes in eCommerce solutions for online businesses has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Streaming Platform Engineering Manager.

- Recruiting great engineers, in collaboration with our recruiting team
- Developing engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
- Contributing to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of our engineering management team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams that shipped and operated critical distributed system infrastructure
- Technical acumen to drive clarity with staff engineers about architecture and technical strategic decisions
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
- Ability to thrive with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility in an ambiguous environment
- Successfully recruited and built great teams
