A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Success Factors Partner Deliver Manager in Miami.

- Validating and commenting on partner readiness to deliver on projects
- Managing, reporting on and improving partner delivery performance
- Acting as ultimate escalation point for assigned partners

- The role requires the PSA to have a strong level of technical credibility from the partner’s perspective
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor equivalent
- Experience with support systems, message handling and remote communication tools
- Experience in remote selling or support would be an advantage
