Job Summary
A cloud services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing front line support for all customer channels including ticket systems, phone, and email
- Troubleshooting, testing, and driving quick resolution to customer issues across two busy support queues for real-time applications
- Managing ongoing assigned support cases
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to participate in rotating on-call with availability 24/7 for a week at a time
- BA or BS degree or equivalent years of experience
- Ability to apply, obtain, and maintain Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 compliance
- Extensive skills and experience supporting Internet applications
- Strong technical acumen, excellent communications and problem-solving skills
