Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting problems
  • Interacting with clients via JIRA, phone, video conference, email or chat
  • Documenting the knowledge base of recurring issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of experience in Software Support or Software Development
  • Solid technical background in development
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
