Job Summary

A business process automation company is in need of a Telecommute Software Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues via phone or email
  • Document issue capture, tracking and resolution
  • Support products including AX, AnyDoc, DocuSign, Kofax, OnBase, ImageWorks and PaperVision

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Technical Support
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sector
  • Strong analysis, judgment and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong software and information technology knowledge base
