Job Summary
A business process automation company is in need of a Telecommute Software Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues via phone or email
- Document issue capture, tracking and resolution
- Support products including AX, AnyDoc, DocuSign, Kofax, OnBase, ImageWorks and PaperVision
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Technical Support
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sector
- Strong analysis, judgment and problem solving skills
- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Strong software and information technology knowledge base
