Job Summary

An estate membership organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain a record of open support cases
  • Escalate complex software support issues to senior personnel as needed
  • Provide routine and moderately complex software support

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Attend company events as needed
  • Customer service experience required
  • Associates degree or equivalent on the job training
  • Experience in Help Desk/Support environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft O/S and Word
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
