Job Summary

A provider of software and services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Support Representative in Huntersville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to client questions, problems, computer troubleshooting
  • Building sustainable relationships with customers through continual contact, feedback, and interaction
  • Learning and maintaining knowledge of Database functionality

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Comfortable with public speaking and leading of meetings
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with Customers in any role that entrusts your ability to make a difference to customers recognizable
  • Strong aptitude for Technology
  • Experience operating and/or managing a database regardless of how specific to an industry
  • Strong understanding of Email construction, delivery, potential problems, providers, and management
