Job Summary
A provider of software and services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Support Representative in Huntersville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to client questions, problems, computer troubleshooting
- Building sustainable relationships with customers through continual contact, feedback, and interaction
- Learning and maintaining knowledge of Database functionality
Qualifications for this position include:
- Comfortable with public speaking and leading of meetings
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Customers in any role that entrusts your ability to make a difference to customers recognizable
- Strong aptitude for Technology
- Experience operating and/or managing a database regardless of how specific to an industry
- Strong understanding of Email construction, delivery, potential problems, providers, and management
