Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommute Software Support Solutions Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist customers with various service requests ranging from low to high complexity
- Manage internal and external customer expectations
- Provide product and subject matter expertise to customers and to team members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of technical support or implementation experience
- Excellent coaching and feedback skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship building skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
