Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Software Support Solutions Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with various service requests ranging from low to high complexity
  • Manage internal and external customer expectations
  • Provide product and subject matter expertise to customers and to team members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of technical support or implementation experience
  • Excellent coaching and feedback skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship building skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
