Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Time Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing outstanding quality support to internal and external customers with a high degree of satisfaction
- Acquiring, maintaining, and expanding knowledge of product offerings, scope documents, and current department policies
- Issuing ownership from initial customer contact to call resolution which includes supporting escalations if appropriate
Qualifications for this position include:
- Limited travel upon request (up to 15%)
- Current enrollment in a college/university degree program, completed degree in relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations
- Manage client requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Relevant experience with Time systems or applications with equivalent complexities
- All other requirements necessary for this position
