Job Summary
A provider of a recruitment software platform is in need of a Telecommute Software Trainer and OnBoarding Specialist in Boise.
Must be able to:
- Onboard and train new clients using a combination of online tools
- Configure and Customize software around each clients unique requirements
- Present to groups of people in person and via remote webinars
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel throughout the US & Canada; All expense paid trips to Australia twice a year
- 2-3+ years of experience in the Recruiting or Staffing Industry
- 3+ years experience working in client service facing role (training, customer service, etc)
- Experience presenting to large groups and 'controlling a room'
- Dedicated home office space and good internet & phone connection
