Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Telecommute Software User Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define and manage across multiple research methodologies and tools
- Develop a deep understand of complex developer community tools
- Maintain research results and reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- Quarterly team offsites
- Masters in psychology, human factors, Human Computer Interaction or similar experience
- 6 years relevant work experience in user research
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- An understanding of survey design and understanding of the biases and goals of surveys
- Ability to lead entire research engagements
