Telecommute Solar Energy Compensation Data Analyst

Job Summary

A solar energy company has a current position open for a Telecommute Solar Energy Compensation Data Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Build and maintain financial and performance reporting
• Train and coach talent team members and stakeholders on compensation philosophy and best practice
• Recommend and enhance current programs, policies, and processes for both short-term and longer-term business needs and goals

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or another business-related field or
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or data science field with adequate knowledge of the business environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ie, Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL-based relational databases or desire to learn
• Ability to work with and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful results
• Excellent communication skills
