Job Summary
An education company is seeking a Telecommute Solution Architect.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting customer integration points
- Acting as a technical point of contact with the customer
- Providing pre-sales integrations support for McGraw-Hill Sales Representative
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with databases, scripting and SQL or other query methodologies
- 2-5 years experience in customer service, solution architect, or similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with CSV, SFTP and API integration methodologies
- Familiarity with SSO technologies including SAML, LTI, and ADFS
- Familiarity with IMS Global Standards including TCC, LTI, QTI, and Caliper
