Job Summary
A business services and development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Solution Consulting Senior Manager in Kansas City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding the needs of the regional sales organization, and developing plans to ensure outstanding support of those needs
- Developing team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals
- Developing and deploying team training curriculums to meet the changing demands of the sales organization
Required Skills:
- Team management experience a must; management of a pre-sales organization preferred
- Pre-sales experience coupled with pre-sales best practice coaching
- Ability to articulate and logically communicate concepts with technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion
- Experience working in a fast-growing IT environment including software, cloud, or customer experience of the same 7 years experience in presales
- Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants Experience in Value-Based Selling or Solution Selling
