Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Solution Services Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating personalized roadmaps for customers
- Partnering with customers to assess work management business practices
- Acquiring and integrating industry knowledge
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Some travel required (up to 25%)
- Deep experience working directly with Marketing and/or IT/PMO customers
- Technical background with the ability to discuss integrations and API documentation
- Skilled at handling customer escalations (internal and external)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of developing long-lasting relationships
- Excellent presentation skills, business writing skills, and oral communication skills
