Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Solution Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Capturing, researching, and resolving user issues and impacts
  • Monitoring processing quality as well as application logs
  • Following the documented service guidelines for research and resolution within defined service level agreements

Required Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of develop detailed SQL queries, procedures and data modeling
  • 4+ years of experience within the healthcare data environment
  • 2+ years of experience with data mapping and workflow documentation
  • 2+ years of developing and maintaining quality data routines to verify the imports/extracts
  • 2+ years of experience working with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Care Delivery models
