Job Summary

A staffing company is seeking a Telecommute Solutions Architect.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing customer needs, issues and interests to formulate a strategy that will achieve business objectives
• Consulting on design, support, and management of recommended solutions
• Creating, reviewing and/or evaluating technical business scopes of work

Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to participate in customer and prospects meetings
• Must have 8+ years proven history presenting to C- level in mid-sized and enterprise environments OR
• 5-10 Years technical or operations experience
• Well versed and/or certified on SIP/VOIP technology
• Fluent in Avaya ASD Quoting tools and Processes
• Unified Collaboration
