Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Solutions Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Designing and architecting effective and innovative solutions that are aligned with client needs
- Educating clients on testing strategies, methodologies and best practices within the IVR
- Taking ownership and responsibility of all technical activities during the sales cycle
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness and flexibility to travel (estimated 30% of time)
- Strong technical experience with IVR technologies and contact center technologies
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer-facing professional services, consultancy, or delivery roles
- Or 7 years experience with IVR and contact center technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and foster strong client relationships.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, conveying and presenting effectively
