Job Summary

A software and database management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Solutions Architect in San Francisco.

Must be able to:

  • Help customers succeed by solving their technical problems
  • Assist with installation, architecture design and review, tuning and providing best practices
  • Contribute to technical projects, including software development, benchmarking, and troubleshooting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel to visit customers and attend conferences
  • 5+ years experience consulting for enterprise database solutions, preferably with NOSQL databases
  • 2-5 years experience in one or more of the following languages: Java Script/Java/Scala/Python/Go/C#
  • Experience with data modeling, performance tuning and relational concepts
  • 3+ years competence using Linux via the command line
