Telecommute Sourcing and Market Intelligence Leader

Job Summary

A commercial bank and financial services and investment company has a current position open for a Telecommute Sourcing and Market Intelligence Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and executing a talent sourcing vision, strategy, and roadmap for immediate and long-term hiring goals
• Implementing and improving sourcing strategies in ways that lead to measurable results in recruiting metrics
• Leading strategic sourcing initiatives that target and identify talent for a wide range of roles, including hard-to-fill or niche positions

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum of 7 years of Sourcing/Recruiting experience, across multiple functions and or multiple industries
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
• Proven track record of building and coaching high performing passive recruiting/sourcing teams
• Ability to think strategically and proactively
