An executive search firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Sourcing Director.
Must be able to:
- Create and implement thoughtful, personalized and effective outbound campaigns
- Develop and implement strategies to source, identify and engage passive talent
- Manage, analyze and communicate trends, results and insights to drive business development
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 3 years of ADVANCE sourcing experience in recruiting
- Ability to demonstrate accurate sourcing and timely completion of recruitment projects
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency and results in applicant tracking systems and outbound campaigns
- Excellent communication skills
- Great interpersonal skill
