A research and consulting organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Sourcing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing of strategic sourcing initiatives through the introduction of a competitive marketplace
- Identifying cost drivers/trends to create procurement strategies across the category
- Leading negotiations of various types of supplier agreement
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of Procurement experience
- Minimum 2 years as a Procurement Consultant, or Sourcing Manager or Category Manager
- Minimum 2 years of experience with business case and pricing analysis, negotiation and more
- Minimum 2 years of leading negotiations with various types of supplier agreements
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing and maintaining supplier relationships
