Job Summary

A financial and professional services firm is seeking a Telecommute Sourcing Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Administer and maintain contract files
  • Represent Sourcing to ensure contracts and procurement standards are maintained
  • Participate in the development of sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and contract execution process

Required Skills:

  • Conduct local and regional Supplier Performance Review meetings
  • Experience supporting facilities services outsourcing
  • Experience preparing and managing the RFP Process and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers, for both goods and services
  • Motivated to grow and perform in a high performance organization
  • Experience in Facility Operations support and workflows
  • Hands-on role requiring willingness and ability to be both the strategist and tactician
