Job Summary

Client in the spa industry seeking freelance support to manage, follow up and nurture leads acquired at trade shows. Looking to convert business cards into customers!

Primary role is lead conversion
--Need to better organize leads from show spreadsheets and collected business cards
--Need to manage and convert leads into prospects into sales systematically and proactively
--Use Constant Contact for prospect/lead management, communication and follow up
--Plan is to start at 10 lead outreaches/week

A secondary need is social media strategy, material development, posting and management. So additional expertise in this area could mean growth into a larger role.

Ideal Candidate:
--Person familiar and comfortable with telephone lead development
--Engaging, personable communication style
--Comfortable with Spa and/or retail experience
--Work would be ongoing and could grow for the right candidate
