Job Summary
A space technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Space Technology Mechanical Antenna Design Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to identify and solve design challenges
- Design environmental test fixtures, assembly fixtures, and other tooling for antenna components
- Support environmental testing of antenna components
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace or similar discipline)
- 2 years minimum design/drafting experience using CAD tools
- Working knowledge of GD&T
- Ability to develop design standards and productivity tools
- Ability to collaborate with team members to identify and solve design challenges
- Ability to design environmental test fixtures, assembly fixtures, and other tooling for antenna components
