- Engaging, enroll, and maintain members in active participation in the program
- Utilizing motivational interviewing, enhancement, and relapse prevention guidelines
- Providing exemplary customer service to and member-centric focus for, all clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Completed certification as a health care coach
- Bachelor's or Associate's in a related field
- Prior experience utilizing technology for documentation and efficiencies
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
